Tour Description

In Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, you’ll find Royal Bengal Tigers. It has been the most visited park for tigers over the years. It is a dry deciduous forest. Visit Tadoba for safari and relaxation and enjoy your tadoba safari stay with nature’s sprout properties. Tadoba is surrounded by large water bodies on all four sides.

The major water bodies are Irai Lake, Mohrli Lake, Telia Lake, Tadoba Lake. Apart from this, Tadoba Tiger Reserve has many small and big reservoirs.

By Air (Fastest)

Flight: Take a flight from Mumbai (BOM) to Nagpur (NAG), which takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Drive: Hire a taxi from Nagpur to Tadoba, covering about 140 km in 3 to 4 hours.

By Train (Most Popular)

Mumbai to Chandrapur/Nagpur: Several trains, such as the Vidarbha Express, Sewagram Express, or Mumbai-Chennai Mail, travel from Mumbai to Chandrapur (approx. 12-14 hours) or Nagpur.

Local Transfer:

From Chandrapur (nearest station): Take a 1–1.5 hour taxi or bus to the reserve (45 km).
From Nagpur: Drive 140 km to Tadoba.

By Road (Self-Drive or Bus)

Distance: Approximately 860-900 km.
Route: Mumbai-Pune-Ahmednagar-Aurangabad-Nagpur-Tadoba.
Duration: 15-16 hours (recommended with an overnight break in Nagpur or Aurangabad).
Bus: Take an overnight private or state-run bus from Mumbai to Nagpur, then a local taxi/bus to the park.
